Projectors and the laptop attached to the projector need specific refresh rate settings when being filmed. 25hz or 50hz are the settings required. This is the number one problem that can cause delays during setup. Perhaps mention during your tech run, that show is being filmed and the projector need s to be setup with these refresh rate settings.

Has seating been blocked out for filming space?

Please leave details of any seating, including rows and seat numbers that have been blocked out. Or there may be room in a dedicated technical box/area.

Use of Haze and Low Lighting

A small amount of haze to accentuate the lighting is fantastic. This can be overused by lighting techs, making it difficult to see performers and also degrades the clarity of the video.
